Set for a Spring 2014 release, Mario Kart 8 makes the jump to next-gen. Current gen? Its all a blur at this point. Nintendo, today confirmed at their Nintendo Direct conference. In the game, there are a number of firsts for the long-running series: anti-gravity makes an appearance, as well as hang gliders for those super jumps. additionally, motorcycles are now included in the scheme of vehicles.
Mario Kart 7, previously saw a release, exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS in 2011.
