While the iPhone 5's pinnacle is well behind us, Walmart eyes gold. The retailer is dropping the prices of the 16GB iPhone 4S. And in lieu of Apple's annual IPhone refresh, you can scoop up the phones on carriers AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon for $39 on contract, a decrease in price of $51 from $90. Additionally, the 16GB iPhone 5 on the same carriers will see a price tag of $129, instead of $190. A decrease of $61. Unfortunately, T-Mobile is MIA upon examining Walmart's site.
