Level-5 announces Layton 7

Level-5's acclaimed Professor Layton series welcomes a new entry: Layton 7, the Japanese Role Playing focused company announced at its Vision 2013 conference.



Video game forum NeoGAF surmised the event for users, and stated that Layton 7 will sail in a new direction. While the game will in essence be a role playing game; and, allow players to "role play" a variety of characters, while exploring a 3D city. Character archetypes include a taxi driver, businessman, a child, a young woman, an old man, a dog and a gruesome zombie.

Layton 7 will launch on an unspecified date on the Nintendo 3DS, and mobile platforms: IOS and Android.
