Formally, the Angry Nintendo Nerd, the Angry Video Game Nerd is a web series fixed toward spoof retro-reviews of games. James Rolfe, the brains behind the series, acts out various roles in the series.

The show capitalizes on profanity and slapstick humor to drive the show home.
