New 3DS XL color schemes launching in November

Since 3DS XL color schemes are apparently a drab on the cornea, Nintendo is unleashing two limited edition colors in Japan on November 7.


Featuring two-tone outer shells, the new Black + Orange and Black + Turquoise models are stylish. Which Accessory aficionados will find easy on the eyes. Additionally, the face and shoulder buttons compliment the new colors. The d-pad, wireless, volume sliders and styluses also compliment the new colors.

Nintendo is pricing this assortment at ¥19,900 yen each (or $204/£126). Each model includes an AC adapter and storage bag.

As the holiday season ramps up, Nintendo will also be launching themed 3DS XL's based on The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and Luigi in November. Which is not so bad. Sony has also done the same with their PS Vita. Now we just need a model for our patriots.
